• eCard Value: Cards are available starting from £100.00. If you would like an eCard value greater than the options listed, please contact our customer services department via email click here.

• eCard Spend: Cards may be redeemed against any product in the online store.

• eGifting: If the card is being purchased as a gift, at check out you can include a personalised gift message. Messages should be written in English only to guarantee accuracy. Use of other characters or images may not read correctly.

• Refunds: Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds on eCards.
